Hawks come together from close call against Mission

The Hawks were finally able to come out victorious against Mission on Oct. 16 after taking some tough losing the previous five games.
The Hawks came in knowing how to win a game, just not being able to accomplish that goal.
With this victory the Hawks allowed themselves to see all their hard work finally pay off in there 2-1 win over the Saints.
"We've had some very good success with kids improving and doing some things as a team," said coach Lawrence Aguiar. "We played good development soccer today."
Jonathan Villegas and Matthew Cornmesser gave the Hawks a boost early on with two goals in the first half.
Jose Dominguez got the Saints' only goal on a penalty kick midway through the second half.
After the goal form Dominguez it was lights out play by Hawks goalie Gustavo Gonzalez, who ended the game with three saves.
Las Positas at De Anza
After a strong victory, the Hawks couldn't match their game against highly ranks De Anza in a 0-7 loss against the Dons.
Abraham Huerta and Odilio Lopez lead the Dons attack with tow goals apiece in the contest.
Luis Nieves held the net for the Dons refusing to give the Hawks a goal in the game.
